As with any outsourced services, there are certain traits to look for in a uniform rental company before climbing on board.   • Process Matters:  Make sure the business provides an organized service with streamlined processes. How does the uniform rental company keep track of the large quantity of garments going back and forth to their laundering facilities each week? Do they take a physical count and leave you a receipt for garments taken.  Does the company return uniforms bundled by  employee or are they returned and have to be separated by your people? Are the uniforms bar coded or RF chipped?  If so, what happens when the chip comes out or the bar code can no longer be read?  Are you potentially billed for those garments?  These are important questions.
