  • 28% believe uniformed employees are more knowledgeable.

All of this can help lead to repeat customers, which is the best way for a business to maximize profits. In fact, according to researchers at Harvard University, increasing repeat visits by just 5% can increase profits anywhere from 25 to 125%.

“[U]niform programs are a more effective marketing tool compared to several popular forms of advertising,” says researcher Ashwini Poojary, author of “Are Uniforms an Effective Marketing Tool?”

According to Poojary’s research, the majority of respondents (67%) agreed that managed uniform programs can be the most effective form of advertising by margins of up to 9:1.
